Return & Exchange Policy – PS Interprises

At PS Interprises, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to assist you with a smooth and transparent return or exchange process.
 

1. Eligibility for Return & Exchange

  • Products must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with all accessories, manuals, cables, and invoice included.
  • The product must not show any signs of physical damage, tampering, or misuse.

Returns/Exchanges are NOT accepted for:

  • Products damaged due to improper usage or installation
  • Items without original packaging or missing accessories
  • Products marked as Non-Returnable or Clearance Sale items
  • Software products or digital licenses (if applicable)

2. Return Process

Step 1 – Initiate a Request:
Contact our customer support within 7 days of delivery via email or phone with your Order ID and reason for return.

Step 2 – Approval & Pickup:
Once approved, we will arrange pickup (if service is available in your area) or provide return shipping instructions.

Step 3 – Product Inspection:
After receiving the product, it will undergo a quality and technical inspection.

Step 4 – Refund / Replacement:
Once approved, refund or replacement will be processed within 5–7 business days.

 

3. Exchange Policy

  • Exchange is applicable only for defective, damaged, or wrong products delivered.
  • In case the same product is unavailable, we will offer:
    • A replacement of equivalent value, or
    • Store credit, or
    • Refund as per customer preference.

4. Refund Timeline

  • Prepaid Orders: Refund will be processed to the original payment method (UPI, Card, Net Banking, etc.).
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Refund will be processed via bank transfer or store credit.
  • Refunds are initiated within 5–7 business days after successful product inspection.
  • The time taken for funds to reflect depends on your bank/payment provider.

5. Important Notes

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
  • Products found physically damaged or tampered with will not qualify for refund.
  • PS Interprises reserves the right to reject returns in case of policy misuse or fraudulent activity.
  • Customers are advised to record an unboxing video in case of damaged or missing items.
